General terms and conditions

• Brickcase reserves the right to end promotion at any time.
• Vouchers and promotional coupons are only for one time use per account.
• Buyers will be responsible for all import taxes

Pre-ordering items terms and conditions

• To secure an order, 50% up-front non-refundable deposit is required.
• The deposit payment has to be made in full within 7 working days upon placing an order. Or the transaction will be voided.
• In the event of any order cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
• The unpaid balance must be paid in full within 14 working days upon date of notice for delivery.
• The delivery will be made in 2 weeks once we have your item in our warehouse.
• The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
• Brickcase reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
